Who doesn’t love a good old high end product? That feeling when you’ve saved up all your pennies and bring home a little beauty. So here I am sharing my top 5 high end beauty products, I think these products are also a great starting point for anyone who wants to get into the high end game.
Lets start of with a base product. Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation – is one of my all time favourite foundations! Now as I have said a bazillion times I am a very oily skinned girl and you with think the term luminous would turn me off but I just heard so many brilliant things that I had to try it. As you may have guessed I was not disappointed! This foundation has a great amount of coverage, it doesn’t cake or cling to dry patches and it lasts for a long darn time. Now this little beauty also does not go shiny on my skin which I at first found hard to believe myself but It honestly doesn’t it just adds this beautiful lit from within glow without being greasy at all! Its is fairly pricey but I know that when this bottle runs out I will definitely be repurchasing.
Now how can you talk about high end products without talking about Chanel! This product is the Chanel Illusion Dombre Eyeshadow in Emerveille – This is a stunning pinky champagne colour that looks amazing by itself or can also be used for a brilliant base colour. These eyeshadows have a very odd texture, they feel creamy yet powdery at the same time, this means they are super, super easy to blends and they don’t crease. They are also really long lasting, so pretty much the perfect eyeshadow.
Sticking with the eyes I thought it would be wise to pick an eyeshadow palette. Now I have many, many palettes so it was extremely hard to pick but I feel like the Urban Decay Naked 1 palette really has it all! It has a beautiful combination of warm and cool tones as well a great range of browns pinks and even some dark greys. I am absolutely obsessed with the colour toasted as well as the matte colours and smog and, you know what I love them all! It really is a great palette that has everything you will ever need! I even managed to convince my cousin to pick this up whilst we were in Singapore, and as expected she adores it.
Everything I have tried from Charlotte Tilbury’s range it bloomin amazing! The Charlotte Tilbury Rock n Kohl Eyeliner in Barbarella Brown – is no exception! It is a highly highly pigmented eyeliner which glides on so easily and opaque which is exactly what you want in an eyeliner. I use this baby for everything, to add some definition on my upper lash line, do a winged liner, and use tin the upper and lower waterline. This is perfect for all of those things plus it does not budge once it sets. This is one eyeliner that will always be in my supply.
Now I’m sure you all guessed that this is my would be in here! I have an absolute love affair with the Nars Velvet Matte Lip Pencil in Cruella – It is my all time favourite lip product, they have beautiful shades, they are super long lasting and so easy to apply. If I was to recommend a high end lip product this would be it!

I have always used the Naked 2 but never really even thought about buying the first Naked Palette. I should really look into getting it. I guess I never realized how versatile the colors are! Great post!

Thanks lovely! I haven’t got the Naked 2 only because there are a lot of greys and silver and those colour really don’t suite my skin tone. But I would highly recommend the Naked 1, if I didn’t have so many other palettes I would use this everyday!
